These Buyun insoles feature a premium two-layer composite construction, combining skin-friendly fabric and high-performance elastic foam.

• Top Layer: Black Breathable Knitted FabricThe upper surface is made of fine-density woven knitted textile. The subtle textured weave minimizes direct contact area between your foot and the insole, accelerating sweat evaporation. This fabric is soft against skin, wear-resistant and not prone to pilling. It effectively keeps your feet dry, reduces sticky discomfort during sweating, and helps restrain odor-causing bacteria growth.

• Bottom Layer: Bright Green High-Elastic Polymer Foam BaseThe supporting base adopts lightweight high-rebound foam with a honeycomb triangular hollow structure. The porous design greatly cuts down the overall weight of the insole while retaining outstanding flexibility. The foam resists permanent compression, meaning it won’t easily flatten or lose bounce after long hours of repeated stepping. The full-sole triangular hollow holes run through the base, building a breathable air channel. Instructions for Use

1. Remove the original factory insoles from your shoes first. Retain the original insoles as a cutting reference if needed.

2. Insert the Buyun insole into your shoe. Make sure the black knitted fabric side faces upward to touch your feet, and the green foam base lies flat against the shoe bottom.

3. Size adjustment: Compare the insole against your shoe or old insole. Mark the excess length, then carefully cut along the outer outline with scissors.

4. Put on your shoes and test the fit. If you feel squeezing or discomfort, trim tiny amounts gradually until you get a comfortable fit.

5. Applicable scenarios: Daily commuting, long-time standing work, running, hiking, gym training and outdoor activities.

Tips

• Clean by hand washing with mild detergent, air dry naturally. Do not machine wash or expose to direct strong sunlight for a long time, which may damage the elastic performance.

• Replace the insoles once the foam loses obvious rebound or surface fabric wears out, to maintain optimal foot care effect.
