Xinxiang Buyun Insole Co., Ltd has manufactured insoles for more than four decades. Our production base is located in Huixian, Xinxiang, Henan Province. What began with traditional functional insoles has grown into a portfolio covering PU insoles, sports insoles, orthotic and arch-support insoles, comfort insoles, height increasing insoles and thermal insoles.
We supply footwear brands, shoe factories, wholesalers, distributors and international buyers — with finished goods as well as custom development.
An automated PU line able to manufacture PU insoles in three different colours, with hundreds of moulds for PU+fabric and PU+gel constructions.
A thermoforming line holding a total of 80 moulds, with each mould requiring 60 seconds for forming.
Dedicated cutting, quality control and packing teams supporting the moulding lines.
By adjusting formulation, density, hardness and moulded structure, the same base material can deliver quite different combinations of softness, rebound, support and durability. That is what allows us to serve very different footwear programmes from the same factory.
