Custom Insole Manufacturing

OEM and ODM development for footwear brands, wholesalers and distributors — from your drawing or sample to bulk production.

OEM & ODM Insole Development

If you already have a design, we manufacture it to your specification (OEM). If you have a market position and a target price but no finished product, we develop the insole with you (ODM). Either way, you deal with the factory that actually produces the goods.

Before You Enquire

Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?

Yes. With more than 40 years of insole manufacturing experience we operate multiple production lines and can manufacture insoles in PU, memory foam, gel and other materials. Send us your sample or your customization requirements and we will take it from there.

Can you develop a new insole from our drawing or sample?

Yes. Send the drawing, sample or specification. We review the product type, footwear application, materials, sizes and target market, then propose a structure and material platform before sampling.

Do you make new moulds?

Yes. Our PU lines already run hundreds of moulds for PU+fabric and PU+gel constructions, and the thermoforming line holds 80 moulds at 60 seconds per forming cycle. New tooling is prepared for the agreed shape.

Which materials can you manufacture?

PU, EVA, memory foam, gel, latex and TPU, with fabric, mesh and leather surfaces. Ortholite foam is used in selected models.

What is the MOQ for a custom order?

Customized products can carry different MOQ requirements because they may involve special materials, printing, packaging or other production preparation. We confirm the exact MOQ, feasibility, pricing and lead time for your specific project.

Why should we approve a sample before bulk production?

A clear specification sheet and an approved sample keep both sides aligned. Bulk production is based on the confirmed sample and specification, which avoids disputes about dimensions, feel or appearance later.
