Products & Materials
What types of insoles do you manufacture?
We produce four main categories: PU (Polyurethane) insoles for high durability and shock absorption, Memory Foam insoles for all-day plush comfort, Latex insoles for breathable elasticity, and Genuine Leather insoles for premium dress footwear. Each can be customized in density, thickness, and surface finish.
Can you customize the size, shape, and material?
Absolutely. As an OEM/ODM manufacturer, we work from your specifications—whether it’s a unique size, multi-layer structure, fabric top cover, or printed logo. Send us your design files or a reference sample and our engineering team will develop a prototype.
Do you offer samples? What is the lead time?
Yes, we provide free samples for stock designs. Custom samples are developed within 5–7 working days. Express shipping is available (DHL/FedEx/UPS), typically arriving in 3–5 business days.
Are your materials certified for international markets?
Our materials meet EU REACH, RoHS, and US CPSIA standards. We can provide third-party lab test reports upon request. If your market requires specific certifications (e.g., OEKO-TEX), let us know and we’ll accommodate.
Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 3,000 pairs per style. For first-time trial orders, we can negotiate down to 1,000–2,000 pairs depending on the material and complexity. Contact our sales team for a specific quotation.
How long does production take?
Standard production lead time is 25–35 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. Larger orders or highly customized designs may take 40–50 days. We provide a detailed production timeline with every quotation.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight for established buyers, and Western Union for sample fees. For long-term partners, we offer flexible terms including T/T 30/70 and net 30 terms after credit evaluation.
Shipping & Logistics
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). For bulk orders, sea freight is the most economical. For samples and small trial orders, express courier is recommended.
Can you ship to my country?
Yes. We export to over 40 countries including the United States, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. We handle all export documentation including Certificate of Origin, Form A, and Form E where applicable.
How are the insoles packaged?
Standard packaging is 100 pairs per carton in polybag with printed insert card. We also offer retail-ready packaging with branded header cards, hang tags, boxes, and display trays. Custom packaging design is available for bulk orders.
Partnership & Support
Do you offer private label or white label services?
Yes. We are a fully integrated OEM/ODM factory offering complete private label solutions—from product development, material selection, and mold creation to custom packaging and drop shipping. Your brand, our factory.
How long has BUYUN been in business?
BUYUN has over 40 years of insole manufacturing expertise, founded in 1986. We operate two production lines—PU (3 million pairs/month) and thermoforming (1.8 million pairs/month)—with a total capacity of 4.8 million pairs per month.
Can I visit your factory?
