"In the spring of 1986, inspired by a discarded insole, I founded BUYUN Insoles with a simple belief: everyone deserves comfortable, healthy feet."

With decades of persistence in craftsmanship and innovation, Mr. Chang has led BUYUN to become a national-level foot care brand and a trusted global supplier of functional insoles. His vision of sharing comfort and health to the world continues to drive every aspect of our business.

Our Journey

40 Years of Dedication,
Innovation & Growth

1986

Mr. Chang Wenqing founded BUYUN Insoles inspired by a discarded insole, beginning R&D of functional insoles with bacteriostasis, deodorization, and sweat absorption.

1987–1995

Built self-owned production lines, completed transformation from agency sales to independent manufacturing. Established local sales network in Henan.

1996–2001

Expanded into North and Central China markets. Grew into a leading brand of medicinal insoles in China.

2002

Xinxiang Buyun Insole Co., Ltd. officially registered. "BUYUN / 步云" trademark registered.

2004

Awarded "China Consumer Trustworthy Product" and "Henan Province Quality Exemption Product".

2006

Launched third-generation products with inorganic nano deodorization technology, forming five major deodorizing formulas.

2008

Began internationalization. Products exported to Russia, Southeast Asia, and Northeast Asia.

2010

Established 50+ branches nationwide. R&D team expanded to 30+ professionals.

2013

Started R&D of fourth-generation products integrating PU, memory foam, and wormwood materials.

2019

Passed three system certifications: ISO9001, environmental management, and occupational health & safety management.

2020

Expanded into sports, casual, shock-absorbing, and warm-keeping insoles.

2022

Completed 6 PU production lines. Daily output: 80,000 pairs.

2023

Obtained CE certification. Expanded to Europe and the Middle East. Launched 48-hour in-stock delivery and OEM/ODM services.

2024

Obtained multiple new patents. Awarded Class A Tax Credit 2024 and energy management system certification.

2025

Deepened multi-brand operation across BUYUN, BUMA and STEPCARE. Strengthened domestic and international presence.

2026

Focusing on functionality and comfort across all ages and scenarios. Promoting intelligent production and green manufacturing.
