Incoming Quality Control
Incoming quality control is the first quality control point for BUYUN products before production. To ensure the final products meet customer requirements, the QC team conducts double inspections on the quality of raw materials, including thickness, density, softness, abrasion resistance, and more.
In-Process Quality Control
During production, our experienced quality inspection team conducts regular inspections to oversee the entire production process. We not only examine products being manufactured but also verify various work standards, including production specifications, machine operating procedures, material placement methods, and more. Our responsibility is to ensure that you receive high-quality, flawless products.
Final Quality Control
We conduct comprehensive inspections and tests on the final products. For orthotic insoles, we re-test the strength of the arch support; for sports insoles, we test their shock absorption and resilience. Safety and appearance are also checked. Only finished products that pass the inspection are allowed to be packaged.
Outgoing Quality Control
Pre-shipment Inspection is the final inspection of products. Generally, sampling inspection is adopted, and inspections are carried out in accordance with customers' specific requirements, covering both products and packaging. Only finally qualified products can be released for shipment.
