Monthly Output: 3 million pairs

This is an industry-leading automated production line capable of manufacturing PU insoles in three different colors. We own hundreds of molds for producing PU+fabric or PU+gel insoles.

  • Hundreds of molds for PU+fabric & PU+gel combinations
  • Daily output: 80,000 pairs (8-hour continuous run)

Capacity: 1.8 million pairs/month

This is our thermoforming machine. The production line can hold a total of 80 molds, with each mold requiring 60 seconds for forming.

  • 80-mold capacity per production line
  • 60-second forming cycle per mold
  • Daily capacity: 60,000 pairs (8-hour run)
